Welcome to the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy Member Guide Map & Directory where you can find a Certified Forest Therapy guide to schedule a private walk, organize an employee retreat, integrate forest therapy into your business's programming, collaborate on events, or just to learn more about forest therapy.
We have trained more guides in more countries on more continents than any other forest therapy organization.
Our certified guides have completed a week long intensive training followed by a six-month practicum and certification program supported by professional trainers and mentors. Guides learn the ANFT framework and the theory, philosophy, and skills to guide people on forest therapy walks. Just as importantly, they learn a core set of principles and values which you can read about here.
To quickly find a Certified Forest Therapy Guide in your area, use the Search by Location function on the map to search within a mileage range or by city, state, or zip/postal code. Below the map you will find guides who are in your area. Click on the business cards to access more information. The map and directory were newly launched at the end of April, 2019, and members are gradually updating their information. If you can't find someone, then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Maybe as an offer of gratitude you can share a recommendation for the guide of your virtual or live walk. Enter your guide's name in the Search box, click on their card, click on the About Tab, then click on the Recommendation button to share your testimonial.
This image on a guide's card means they have posted an event. Click on their card, then on the Event tab.
