Let's join together to generate global awareness of forest therapy on International Forest Bathing Day (IFBD) by celebrating forest therapy and connecting people to guides and walks in their communities. This day holds the opportunity for us to spread a unified message through our mycelium of connections, expanding our reach, and planting seeds of curiosity.
ANFT Guide Phyllis Look has graciously created multiple marketing images using Canva (a free online design tool) that you can customize to promote your business and Forest Bathing day event. Start by creating an account on Canva, then click on the images and begin customizing or create your own.
There are also ANFT images that you can use to promote the day through your social media and email networks. A public International Forest Bathing Day page will be live on the public ANFT website where people can choose a pin on a Google map to get details about walks happening in their area. ANFT & Forest Bathing International will also be marketing this day widely via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@ANFTGlobal & @forestbathinginternational), so please share our posts. Patch has locations throughout the US and offers free postings.
Complete the form below with details about your forest bathing walk so we can promote it on the ANFT International Forest Bathing Day page and map! You decide if you want to offer free walks or paid walks or both. Maybe consider offering 60-90 minute "Taste of Forest Bathing" walks. Remember to collect email addresses and have plenty of business cards to distribute.
