We're often asked how to practice Forest Therapy in the busyness of urban settings where forests are hard to come by. Luckily, Forest Therapy can be practiced anywhere. Even if you're stuck in an office, try visiting an urban park or forested area today in the honor of Earth Day. What colors call to you? What do you notice with your senses? On our break from work today we were captivated by the poppies bursting with bright orange color just outside our office doors.
